- Ride at own risk
- No pregnant women, persons with back, neck, and heart conditions may ride
- All riders must be 54 inches tall to ride alone.
- Fasten all loose clothing before entering track area.
- Brake is on left; gas on right.
- Observe attendant at all times: when he signals, all karts must exit immediately.
- Keep both hands on steering wheel at all times.
- Remain in kart at all times.
- If kart stops, remain seated. An attendant will be out to help you.
- Shoes and shirts must be worn.
- Keep hands and feet in kart at all times.
- No bumping or reckless driving.
- Slow down when entering pit area.
- Anyone assumed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to ride.
- When entering pit area, remain in kart until all karts are brought in and are stopped.
- Any misconduct or breaking of the rules will result in immediate suspension from the track, and no refunds will be given.
- Driver assumes all responsibility for his/her actions while on the premises to equipment and other patrons
